2. We will email you a proof for your review within 1 business day.
3. Respond with your approval, or if you have concerns let us know. Keep in mind
   we cannot start production until we have your written approval of the proof.

All artwork submitted will be reviewed and optimized for branding. For best results please carefully review the guidelines provided and submit your design accordingly.

• Send us your artwork in one of our preferred formats: pdf, jpg, eps
• Artwork should be black and white line art.
  • No color, shading, or gray-scale.
  • Avoid sending low quality, lightly drawn or feathered artwork as these styles will result in poorer quality engravings.
• Go big! The bigger your artwork, the easier it is for us to create the perfect brand for you.
• Have a hand drawing? We can convert hand-drawn artwork into a production-ready design.
  
• Any shading or coloring will be removed and converted to black and white line art.
• We will simplify your design if lines are too fine or too close together.
• Text will be scaled or removed for maximum legibility.
• Large areas of black may have to be minimized or outlined to work as a brand.

2 artwork edits are included at no additional charge with your custom branding iron purchases.
