BrandNew Industries Incorporated ships worldwide via DHL, FedEx, UPS, and USPS (by special request only). Please contact our customer service team if you require a more specialized shipping arrangement or would like us to elaborate on any other possible shipping options.

Shipping In-Stock Items
BrandNew Industries keeps a limited number of off-the-shelf items in stock and ready for immediate, post-processing, shipment. Items that are in stock will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving the order. Should the order be received on a weekend, the order will be processed for shipment on the following business day.

  • Once orders have shipped we will notify you of the ship date.
  • If you would like to modify your shipping arrangement or would like more specified notifications during the production process, please do let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping Custom Orders
All orders for customize and custom-made products are received and confirmed by the sales department. Upon receipt of your order our sales team will directly clarify more acute shipping options, costs, and transit times.

Expedited production is available at an extra cost for some of our custom products. If you would like more information on expedited production please contact us before placing your order.

  • Production time is the time interval from when the sales team confirms the order to the shipment date.
  • Shipping time pertains to the interval time from when the item leaves our facility to when the items arrives at your designated delivery address.


Before and while placing an order, please consider:

  • Artwork proof preparation, remediation, and approval times
  • Day and time the order was placed in relation to weekends and federal holidays
  • Availability for given product material or components which may be used to complete your order


BrandNew Industries ships worldwide. However, depending on the destination country you may be subject to applicable brokerage fees, duties, and taxes. Please check with your local government’s customs agency for relevant country specific, and delivery relevant information.

If You Did Not Receive Your Package After Shipment

If you believe your package was lost in-transit please contact our customer service team:

  • Upon contacting our customer service team we will file a claim with the insurance carrier
  • Keep in mind that this process may up to two weeks
  • Once the claim is filed and an outcome has been reached we will act accordingly to ensure you receive the product ordered
